Yep, Old Man Winter is on his way! I don't know what he's driving, but it sure is noisy. After several days of mild weather, even for here in central NC, (I think it hit about 62 Tuesday,) the temp is dropping and the wind is blowing. Been raining off and on all afternoon. About 11:30 I heard a rumble, daughter said, you hear that? I said, yeah,it was either thunder or that big ol' Mayan stone wheel that that calendar's on coming to get us! My Blum's Almanac says Winter Solstice 6:11 am. for the 21st. I guess that's when it's official. So, I got almost 6hrs to wait, but I don't think I'm gonna stay up to greet him. I sure as heck ain't gonna leave HIM any milk and cookies! Oh, that reminds me, gotta check the anti-freeze in the TO30!
