You ask around to find an auto machine shop that does machining such as redoing cylinder heads, grinding crankshafts, turning rotors and drums.
If you can't free the valve as been mentioned you pull the head as it probably needs to be reworked. If you don't have the valve clearance in your manual you do a search on your computer. Here's a link to the settings. If you pull the head take pictures before and during the head removal. Separate the parts as you remove them and make notes. Cardboard boxes are good for that it saves time when you do the reassembly. Make notes too. Write on the box put the rocker arms, push rods and nuts or bolts that may be used. Same thing with cylinderhead bolts or nuts. Set the valve clearance at .017" cold. Hal
