I don't have any half-ton Ford trucks anymore, but I almost want to say them and Dodge used that pattern also..
I used to have a farm wagon around here that used the same bolt pattern as the Dodge/Ford half ton's, but they had to be "aftermarket" rims for the center hole to be large enough.. stock wheels were just a touch too small in the center hole. (the wagon had 2 rims on it when I got it, had to find 2 more).. The 2 that were on it were 16's, however, I would say they were a bit narrow for most pickup tires..
On another note, a friend of mine has a set of 5-lug 16" wheels (but I know he won't let loose of em, he might need em someday) I had em on my half ton Ford for a bit, I bought a decent set of tires cheap at a sale, then realized I should have paid attention, they were 16's, not 15's, so he borrowed me the rims while I wore the tires out..
He also had a set of 8 lug 15 inch wheels laying in the barn.. which to me is rarer yet..
