Just hanging the engine between the frame rails should work out ok. IIRC the bell housing bolt pattern on the 560/660 is the same as the later large frame IH tractors, though I could be wrong.
I'm not sure about the clutch and IPTO drive splines matching up. They'll be centered properly, but I suspect that the D361 will be larger in diameter.
Then all the little stuff will need to be figured out. Fuel and coolant lines, linkages, tachometer, oil pressure, water temperature...
Engine might not fit under the fuel tank.
Engine might be too long to fit between the bell housing and radiator using stock rails. Then your hood will be too short.
