I have my Dad's Farmall M and I am trying to determine the model year. The plate is missing from the clutch housing so all I have to go by are casting numbers. The engine block has 8722 DJ and 8 9 T. The axle housing is 8 9 T and the transmission case is 8 11 T with 8002 TD. I don't remember that he ever changed blocks or even did an engine upgrade to bigger pistons. I am thinking it is a 1950 model year but can't be sure. Any help? Thanks, Tom
