mccormick farmall 200

my mother has a mccormick farmall 200 and an implement that goes with it. My father passed away several years ago and now my mother does not know what to do with it. should she restore it and use it in fair parades etc, or not restore it and use it fair parades. she has been asked to sell it but she has no idea as to value. should it be donated to a museum? i cant find alot of info on these. could someone tell me about this tractor? it was running when my father passed. any help would be appreciated. thanx. lorie
