everyone is hurting somewhat, unless you are Leno, and then you collect old cars not old tractors... Prices are down on many models since teh market is soft. I think a lot of folks are reprioritizing their expenditures, and buying parts to restore old tractors is more of a luxury than a necessity. I've got three or four I'm considering selling myself.
