Another McCormick question

I have a McCormick-Deering 10-20. The casting date on the belly is 11/??/34, serial # dates at 1936. My question: I am finding traces of black paint on the engine and inside the side sheets. The clutch housing appears to have been painted black also, and the hood latches. What was the original color scheme? The serial # of the engine matches the serial # of the tractor. We bought this from the daughter of the original owner. It sat for many years in the open. We got it to light off on July 4th. (We had to tow it around for a while with our 1949 Case SI) Now it starts after two cranks. (Towing is no longer neccessary) I fixed most of the oil leaks and straightened out all the tin. It's now ready for paint, but I'm not sure what the color scheme is. I was going to paint it green and yellow and call it a John Deere experimental, but decided to refrain from such horseplay. Thank you in advance for your help. -RG-
