I bought a 1939 Farmall H to be used for pulling and being new to the “Red” world (former Ford) I have some questions that I hope you “Red” supporters can help me with. Does the H have enough power in its stock form? Being a 1939 tractor with a 1941 engine (per serial number on the engine) would this engine be of the low compression (distillate fuel) engine? How can I tell? If the engine is low on power what can I do to up the power? If I need to overhaul the engine anyway can I make a Super H out of the engine? Any other suggestions or ideas to make a puller out of it? Thanks for any help. Dan
