You may have wrong gasket in the mcv so no oil is going to ta. Gasket kits come with gaskets for both valves with or without ta. possibility. If I was checking it out there are many things to look at before tearing it back apart, dump valve working would be one. Pressures of course in ta and direct drive. Remember, ta side does not need pressure to pull tractor, direct drive does. It will free wheel also if no oil is going to ta side.
