An H should pull an SC backwards. The H would be better in the "spreader" challenge, can't beat 5th gear versus the slower 4th on the SC. Cycle time is king on haulage work.
The SC with 2pt would clean up on a small parcel plowing but I'd give the nod to the H on a rope trip drag plow in bigger parcels.
I don't care for "N' tractors, but I'd take an 8N over an H or SC any time for all around work, might not lug like an H but at least it can use 3pt gear...
If I just had some garden work and had all the bells and whistles, a SC would be nice.
