I have a 240U that I recently repalced the hydraulic pump on. all is well right???? Well not really. the pump workes fine (better than ever) it picks up a load all the way and despite some adjustments and small parts missing that I repaced I got the unloading problems sorted out. Now I have a horrible problem with Foaming. It looks like air (no slimy water in oil look) I checked the screen, changed the oil and beceause Hy-Tran is not so easily found here I put in ISO 46 hydraulic and transmission oil to 1/2 inch below the filler. Foam and more foam. Comming out of the breather and every joint in the system until the level is 3/4 inch below the filler plug threads. Now the hitch wourks fine but still with the foam. Is it the oil or is something more happening? Any Help would be Great!! Thank You Jim
