Finally got the little bugs worked out of my SA and started bush hogging last week. Well one of my back tires went flat, being the cheap man I am I decided to fix it myself. Well I broke it down and found that the tube had too big of a hole to patch. A trip to town and I was back home with a new tube installed it and back to the field I went. Next day back to the shed and the same tire was flat again. I had pinched the tube putting it in, back to town another tube and I was more careful putting this one in. Today I was laying off rows in the garden to plant peas and the front tire up and not only goes down but comes apart on me. You got to love these old tractors. Looks like the front tire is the one that came on it in 1948 though so I guess I can"t complain. The tire man loves me though.
