Yes, you will have to remove all the bolts that connect the casting to the radiator core, the casting is the lower radiator tank. Be careful with the pressure washer around the radiator, if its "tender", the pressure washer could wash holes in it, I'd think about not pressure washing until the radiator is at the shop. Good luck on getting all those bolts out with out twisting a few off. Start by soaking them with lots of penetrating oil for a couple of days (several times a day) before you try to take them out. As for the wiring, I re-wired mine, but did it one wire at a time. (I was too tight to buy a kit & didn't care about keeping it original.) I ran a separate ground wire for each light and ran them back to ground at the same location as the battery is grounded to the chasis. 6V is plenty of voltage for a Cub, but 6V does NOT conduct through rust as well as 12V will, hense the ground wire.
