The en of the bar is snapped off. It should have a flat on the end that is drilled out to mount the stud on the back of the light.
OEM has the bars. Last time I looked they were I think $11, but may have gone up with the price of steel.
Dependin' how original you want things to be, you MIGHT have another option. The Guide lights were mounted to some other tractors, like the Super C, using a clamp that tightened around the light bar. Instead of bolting the stud on the light directly to the arm, you slip the clamp over the light bar, and the ends of the clamp over the stud on the light and tighten it down that way. If the bars are the same diameter, you could use one of those clamps instead. OEM usually has those, too, called light bar clamps.
I say MIGHT because the light bar on the SuperC is a larger diameter (like 13/16" or 7/8") than the bar you have on your tractor (more like 5/8") and I couldn't tell ya whether that clamp will come down that tight or not. Probably replacing the bar is your surer bet.
