This afternoon I tried to put on my grill. The spout of the radiator sits higher than I have seen in pictures of well restored H's. That was the first problem. Next, I could only get 3 of the bolts to engage. The forth won't line up. Add to this, the grill is sitting up a little high off the grove for it on the front of the bolster. So I tightened down the 3 bolts and went for the hood. There is a big gap between the hood and the grill on the left side, but not as bad on the right. I can only get 3 of the hooks to engage.
So, it looks like my tractor is twisted?
I had the radiator off. I changed the pads, buying new "correct" pads. And I replaced the fuel tank. Now after all this, nothing fits.
I don't even know where to begin to try to fix this. :?
