anybody know if the oil has to warm up good before the power steering works ...used it the other day and power steering wouldn't work until tractor ran for about 15 minutes...it was cold out about 10 degrees and did not have it plugged in...used it the next day with tractor plugged in and it worked right away....have 15-40 oil in engine........Question is - is it oil that needs to get warmed up or the beginning of a power steering problem.....
