Connect a hose from the front port on the left side of the tractor, or the only port on the right side of the tractor to the end of the cylinder that makes your equipment lift. Remove the hose from the other end of the cylinder and install a "breather" that will let air enter that end of the cylinder. These are commonly available from any hydraulics supply place. The hydraulic pressure will lift the equipment, and gravity will lower it when you push the hydraulic control rod all the way forward. If the tractor cannot lift the load, a larger diameter cylinder will help.
