I bought for a TD24 with an in work Cummins diesel. When I first started up the engine fuel was all over the place. Checked the crankcase and it was about 50/50 oil and fuel. I suspected the fuel pump and bought a new one for a small king's ransom and it has purred like a kitten ever since. I still haven't figured out how all that fuel got in the cranckcase unless it was overpumping to the injectors and getting by the rings. As a precaution I always shut off the fuel valve now so if won't gravity feed into the injectors while shutoff.
