What's wrong with the crankshaft? If it isn't broken and has enough metal in the bearing jounals it can be polished or ground undersize. A good auto machine shop would be able to give some good advice as to what your shaft needs or if it needs to be replaced. That engine block should be degreased and have new cam bearings installed. This is so you have good oil pressure. You need close tolerances on the rod and main bearings too. Valve guides should be checked for wear too and replaced if needed.
