Bob Frey - 300 hydralic leaks-rats!

After I had completed the Blue Ribbon test procedures, I took apart all the hydraulic valve components on my F 300. I found some bad o rings, cleaned and replaced everything carefully, let the new paint dry and bolted it back together. The "U" shaped steel hydraulic line that takes fluid from the valve to the regulator - leaks (weeps is more accurate}. I had inspected the line while it was disassembled and the flare looked smooth but not very wide. Talked to a hydraulic shop about making a hose replacement, he couldn't. Is that "U" pipe available, or do I have to have one built? How about the vent cap next to the U? Boy I hate to tear that whole thing apart again!
