Once the three bolts are out, there is nothing else holding the belt pulley drive assembly. It is probably just stuck from years of being there. A little help with a pry bar should break it loose. However, a few other comments. The entire shaft the pulley flange and the retainer flange will come out. The shaft has two bearings on it plus the drive gear on the end. To change the seal, the gear and both bearings (plus I think a spacer) must come off. Best to use a bearing press to take all this apart. Also, the flange with the three bolts does not have a gasket, only metal shims to adjust the gear lash. Make sure you get all those back the same as they were. Cleanliness is very important in installing these shims, as any contamination will result in an oil seep. Good luck!
