Either the float level is off, and not putting enough pressure on the needle seat to shut off the fuel flow from the line, just bend the small tab on the float, or the float pin that holds the float to the carb has came out. Flooding out the bowl is mostly the float adjustment, I usually set the float to where it just drops off the seat to open the needle. Barely enough to move the needle off the seat. Just bend the small tab on the float. With the carb upside down off the tractor, the float should sit level when closed, when it opens, it dont take much movement from the float to open the needle. The float may drop about 1/4 inch when open. May not be the exact measurement, but a close comparrison. Hope this helps. ChadS
