For the TA, the first thing I would do is drain the oil from the tranny. I'm sure it's very nasty and may take days to completely ooze outt. Get a IT or owner's manual and verify TA adjustments. For tne tires, you might get a dealer to do a search for you for some decent take-offs. I'm currently in the middle of a total rework of my 400.
