Sorry, I cannot post a picture at the moment - the tractor is 100 miles away - I use it for boat launching off the beach. Yes - two steel handles welded to the rim. Looks like their purpose is to lift the rim off once it splits from the hub. The problem is that I cannot see where the rim spilts from the hub because of years of rust and layers of old paint - looks like the rim and hub are all one piece. And no amount of persuasion with the back of an axe has revealed any sign of a join at the shoulder between the rim and the hub (where it logically should be).
