I heard a clanking noise; the oil slinger is flopping around I don't think i;ll worry about it. But the third and forth gears are worn about 1/3 back,it still works fine, maybe I just look for trouble. J.B weld did the job ,but i havent worked it yet. had the carb profesionaly rebuilt,works a lot better, but hunts at full throttle ,can the looseness in linkage cause this,also tighting the nut in top of the governor seems to help or amI messing where I shouldent be messing.
