Start applying penetrating oil to those bolts right now, and repeat at least twice a day. this may or may not work. If you are lucky, the studs will come out with the nuts, which is what you want, because you will probably need to replace the studs anyway. Pay a visit to your case-ih dealer and order new studs, nuts, and lock washers. these are special hardened steel studs. In a pinch, you can use studs from any auto supply store, they will fit. Don't mean to scare you, it's not that big a deal.
