I was out discing with an IH 16ft disc without wings last week. It was cold enough I was wearing a cordory hat with the flaps pulled down and a coat on and gloves on my hands. I was discing cross furrows and so I think I kept warm by being jostled around in my clothes, - friction, but im hands froze. Anyway, in just 2/3 hours discing it got HOT. It ran great and souded good, but it got hot and finally died and then boiled out 2 gal of anti freeze. It still had a little oil running out the check valve, and I run High test gas in her. It is sandy soil. What do you think was the matter. Also, I noticed an egg shaped decal, a thin white line on the outside with blue on the in, but I couldnt make out what it was for as 1/2 of it was gone. It is under the oil filtermounting raket on the radiator. I had an older 30 back when I was a kid, and I dont remember that decal. Thanks ahead o time Bill P S> Did IHC make a power lift for the 20 and thirty that u could use and still use the pto?
