Differences....... A and Super A

howdee folks. i spotted a , what the fella said was a super a, today. but i kinda have my doubts about it being a super. first, i believe he said it was a 1946 super with a 60 inch belly mower. fairly decent shape but no hydraulics. manual lift.i didnt get a chance to check out the serial number. but still dont think its a super. thats about all i have to go by.. and the asking price was 3000 dollars. a wee bit steep for me. ok. you folks keep up the good work here and happy tractoring.
