Hi Allen, As always you take the time to help other, You are a role model for many. Thank you for your reply. I havnt checked the pressure as I had replaced the 12gpm pump with a new 17gpm pump and assumed it was fine. I guess not will look at that tomorrw. Will also do the same with the regulator. It is actually lifting fine. The problem is that if i want to raise the position lever any more it is not just a matter of pulling it up a inch or two. I have to lower the raise position lever all the way back down and start to pull it up again. This is the problem. Thank you again Huss
