I found a McCormick-Deering T-20 on a farm near where I live and was wondering what it is worth. Its in rough shape (well used), pretty much complete except the air cleaner is missing and the shifter cover has been removed, but is laying on top of it. so i'm sure the trans has gotten some water in it over the years. The seriel number tag is also missing. The owner told me all kinds of storys about it and said he had replaced the bushings on the track rollers and when he got the parts for it he was told there was only five of these models made. Its all over grown with brush but shouldn't be to hard to get out. Something tells me I should go get this thing but I need a second opinion. also it has a blade on it but i'm not sure if its OEM. What would you give for it? I think I could get it for less than five hundred and a lot of sweat. Is worth bringing home and explaining its value to my wife or should I let this one get away? Thanks for your opinion.
