International 300 Utility

Looking for my 1st tractor to Brush Hog,move round bales,and box blade.Found International 300 for $2500, has 2 point hitch instead of 3 pt supposed to be in good shape.Would this be a pretty good buy, and would no 3pt be problem thanks Jerry
