656 hydrostatic

Our hydro is acting up in our 656. The drive pressure starts jumping at around 4000 psi. It will pull itself forward and reverse in low range but has no draw bar pulling ability past that point. In high range It just vibrates the wheels and sounds terrible. THis occurs in both forward and reverse at any RPM. We have changed oil, servo valve, and foot&inch valve. Any insight to our problem would be greatly appreciated. thank you, Brad
