Gas 70 - 75 ft-lbs, Diesel 55 - 60 ft-lb.
Start at the centre and work outward. I do it in three or four stages, starting at 15-20 lb, next 30, and so on.
The book recommends re-tourquing and resetting the valves after warming up.
