Here we go again!!!! Jeff at least you have the head off so you can see what is going on. I suggest you fill the cylinders with whatever lubricant you're comfortable with. My personal choice is " Kroil". Let it soak and keep trying to turn the engine over, don't rush it . With a little luck you'll have that old Farmall running in less than a week. Good luck.
