: I think that is what the L stands for, L-59 is left hand, R-59 is right hand, but I stand to be corrected, it has been awhile since I have sold and installed Woods belly mowers.

Talked with friend tonite. Mower is left discharge. Will get you a fax number tomorrow not sure what it is at work.
