I have a '48 Ferguson TE-20 with a bad starter (probably because it set outside for 25 years). The shop I took it to said most everything in it would have to be replaced, and the total would be $155.00. That is about $100.00 more than I want to spend on it. Any suggestions? Will a Ford 8N or similar starter fit it?
