I have a NI 323 picker and I have been able to get owners manuals from my local dealer here in Wooster, OH. Most are now reprints and they are not cheap. Usually in the $20 to $30 range. I also have been able to get parts manuals, but if I remember correctly the NI 323 picker owners manual also has all the parts listed. You might check to see if the service on this site has reprints for sale for NI. I know they have for others.
