:the tank should have dip tube or some people call it the "full trycock" valve. when filling fill to only 80% as the liquid makes gas when it gets warm. some tanks will have gas side fill valves and liquid side fill valve. gas goes in top , liquidfills from bottom. liquid fill will build pressure in tank you are filling and gas fill will drop pressure in tank you are filling. if you have single fill valve then you need to "bleed" off gas slightly as you fill tank. fill w/spittle valve open small amount until it reaches 80% and liquid starts to come out spittle,or full trycock valve.
: One of the valves on top of your nurse tank should have a dip tube to getb liquid out.
: the other valve would be a vapor valve which opens at top of tank.
