Panzer garden tractors were manufactured in Waynesboro, Virginia at the Virginia Metalcrafters Plant, this was in the late 50s and early 60s. This company is still in business but now does brass casting work. Virginia Metalcrafters 1010 E. Main St. Waynesboro, VA 22980 phone 540 949-9400. Hope this will help you.
