We bought a ten acre parcel that is undeveloped.
We want to start building soon. We figure we will
need to do excavations for septic, basement,pool
and pond. Some trenching and grading. Post holes
and mowing. What kind of tractor would be best for
us? Buy the John Deere or do I need two pieces? A
Bobcat with attachments and an 8n Ford with Rotary
mower and auger? We need to spend carefully. Thanks
