Take the return fuel line off tank and blow air in tank with air hose in fitting where fuel returns to tank- a couple psi is all- fuel will then come out end of line that came off tank. Then it should start. If fuel won't come out of return line with a little pressure in tank, filters should be checked. Hold fuel cap down when you blow air in tank. Not much pressure.
