: :::Some thoughts, the spool in the valve may be out of position, so that when you pull back 1/2, its fully open, then actually begins close itself off the further you pull back. Then, when in the neutral position, the spool might actually be slightly in the down position. If the piston seals are bad, it would come down on its own, and if there is any trapped air in the cylinders, when the air slips past the bad seals, it might suddenly drop a little. Just a wild ass guess. Bonehead
