When we lived in the "Trees" in N.Ill. we had one just like yours by Agri-fab and it worked great. Found out real quick that the higher the mower deck and leaf pick up function still functioned the better the vac operated. The grass which was cut tended to gum up the deck and hose surfaces which retarded the flow of leaves to the basket.Chopping leaves worked best when dry and frost free also.Make sure the air filters on the vac and tractor are working ,lots of dust at times.
