Cub Cadet Elec. Lift?

I recently purchased a 145 cub cadet lawn tractor with an 12V electric lift "cylinder". It blows
the fuse and does not move. I asking for help to disassemble, repair, or replace.
Anyone have parts for these or whole lift unit for sale?
