If you can't fix it yourself then competent locally available service becomes a very important question. If you can work on it yourself then parts cost and availability are the key Q's. Remember if you buy from Home Depot or Sears they send all repairs out and can take weeks. Talk to the guy who's going to fix it when it breaks. Then you'll know where to buy.
