I priced a used tractor of the same make about a month ago. It seems the owner primarily cared for cemetaries. His tractor was an immaculate '69, if I remember correctly and he wanted $11,500. Sounds like you made out like a bandit. Sign me envious.: : I am the new and proud owner of a 1962 Ford 2000 LCD with the dual rear wheel option. It has a 4 cylinder gas engine and is equiped with power steering and a four speed manual transmission. I paid $1400 at a sealed bid auction from a golf course. It has 4800 hours on it and the PTO has never been used. It has only pulled gang mowers over golf course terrain. It starts with ease and everything works as far as I can tell. Did I get a good price? Is there anything about this tractor that is a characteristic weakness? Any info would help. Thanks
