Looking for information on JD Mag's and what makes them work. I cannot get mine to fire on the Second cylinder. When I take the cap off and hold the Mag in my hand it will shock me on both clicks. But after trying two different Caps and rotors it will not fine on #2. What could cause this? I cannot figure this out. The parts are less than 3 years old and the only part that looks worn is the ouside of the Cap.
