Any Other Ideas On Drives?

Any ideas on home built tractor? We are going to use a ford truck rear end 273 or 355 ratio.A6cyl .We are trying to decied on a hydraulic moter with sprocket and chain coupled to the rear end or two transmisions in line.And forget the hydraulic drive .
