: Joe, JC Whitney in Chicago sells by mail a 3 part kit for this. I used it on a steel Honda ATV tank that was leaking at a seam and it worked great. Later I saw the same stuff in a local auto parts store. I don't remember the whole name but it was something like "Kreem" It comes with a cleaner, a primer and then this thick white "Kreem" that flows very slowly so you have to take your time rolling it around in the tank.
